Q: How do I know if I am eligible to play at DraftZone.com?
A: DraftZone.com is open to: (a) Registered members; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, Washington DC and Canada (excluding Quebec); and (c) at least eighteen (18) years of age or age of majority at the date of registration. Residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older to open an account. Residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Puerto Rico and Vermont may participate in games with no entry fees, but are not eligible to win any awards. A: If you need to modify the information you previously provided, you can edit your registered information at anytime by accessing the My Profile page.

A: If you have lost or forgotten your password or username, click here. You will be sent an email with your username and a new password.
Q: I am not receiving emails from DraftZone.com, what can I do?
A: Many email services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have blocking or filtering systems in place to help protect you from unsolicited email. However, these systems may inadvertently block email you have requested from DraftZone. If you are not receiving emails from DraftZone, check the following:

Q: How do I change my team name?
A: From the 'My Profile' link, you can change your team name and other user profile settings. Your team name must be a unique value not already in use on the site.
Q: When does my roster lock?
A: Each player's roster start/bench setting will lock at the scheduled start time of the teams game.
Q: How do I change my private league draft settings?
A: The league commissioner (the user who created the private league) can modify the draft settings from the "Change Draft Date" link on the league pages.
Q: How do I invite my friends to join my private league?
A: The league commissioner (the user who created the private league) can invite people to their league during league creation or later by using the "Invite Friends" link on the league pages.
Q: When can I access the league's live draft room?
A: The draft room will be accessible at any time after your team signup is complete, and is accessible from the League pages and the My Teams tab in your My DraftZone page. You should enter the draft room at least 15 minutes prior to the live draft starting to ensure proper browser functionality.
Q: When will my Draft League start?
A: Draft leagues will begin drafting 10 minutes after all team openings are filled. You will receive an email notification once the last team signs up, in addition you can also request to receive a SMS text notification to your cell phone.
Q: What happens if my draft league does not fill up before the scheduled draft time?
A: For scheduled draft leagues, the league will be canceled and you will be refunded your entry fee unless the draft league is a FREE entry league. In this case, the unfilled team openings will be filled by computer operated teams and the league and draft will proceed as normal.
Q: When are scores/statistics considered official?
A: Live scoring statistics that appear during games are subject to change and should be considered unofficial. Official stat changes can occur through the day following a team's game. Therefore, scores will not be considered official until 1 day following a team's game.
Q: If a player is listed for the wrong team, will I still get that players fantasy points?
A: Yes, you will receive points for a player, regardless of whether his team or position was listed incorrectly. If you detect an error with a players listed team or position, please send the information to our customer service department.
Q: Is my NFL defense responsible for the points scored by the opposing teams' defense?
A: Yes, all points scored by the opposing team, whether on defense or offense, will count towards the points allowed total.
Q: How does decimal scoring work?
A: Scoring is calculated based on a decimal scoring system, up to the hundredth. Anything beyond the hundredth percentile is rounded down. For example, if a QB passes for 237 yards, that QB receives 1 point per 25 yards, the resulting points scored will be 9.45.
